Rob Collins

A couple weeks we bought some St. Germain.  Obviously the bottle is very pretty, so it makes a great aesthetic addition to our bar.  However, we had little idea what to do with it.  Open question:  What is elderflower, where is it from, and is it even edible?  Regardless, it smells good, so we went unto their website and looked up cocktails to try.  This was the first one we tried.  It is a great variation on the classic Tom Collins.  Its light, fizzy, and fun.  Enjoy.
